When you get to the point where you really understand your
computer -- it's probably obsolete. You, however, should never
become obsolete. You are a distinct package of God's grace.

As I write this, I just returned from the wonderful Florida State
Fair. This was the first time I really gave my scooter an endurance
test for the battery. It passed with flying colors. I frequently
stopped and did people studies -- fascinating! People were rushing
to and fro -- some looked harried, some sad and some actually
happy and having a good time.

Every person I saw was a unique and original copy. They came in
all sizes, shapes and colors -- just like all of you. Unfortunately,
some are not happy with their size, shape or color. When you were
born, your parents did not order you from a custom shop of human
parts. They just enjoyed what God gave them (womb-luck the
world would call it.)

Maybe you aren't a perfect 10 -- so what! You can strive to be a
perfect 10 inside -- that's where it really counts. None of us is
perfect -- we'd probably be a bore if we were. Look in the mirror
and say, "God, I'm glad for who I am, and I'll strive to be the best I
can for you."

Let me give you this verse for today's thought -- Psalm 55:22:
"Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will
never let the righteous fall." He cares about you just as you are, so
don't try to be someone else -- be yourself and be pleased about it
