DO YOU HAVE THE TIME?

Time to make the donuts? Take time to smell the flowers? Smell the coffee?

Psalm 34:8
Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

How many times do we take time for God? Do we start and end each day with Him? Do we value the simple things? Do we give thanks in ALL things?

We are tested and tried, stressed and confused, and in the end, the result is victory if we give it to God. I just encountered a time in my life that I had to do it and it wasn't easy. But the end result is great!

God and His ways are the desires we should strive for. No matter what the situation is----GOD is ALWAYS there. Examine your hearts and try not to fret, the result you see will be better yet!

Don't scream and yell, it won't get you anywhere. Instead, take a moment to stress the important things you are facing. If there is a bill that needs to be paid, pay that bill and don't fret over those you can't pay, but pray that God will help you to pay the rest. Even at the bottom of the barrel, when you sink low and think there is no hope, God is still there and in TOTAL control!

You will never appreciate the simple things, if you don't slow down and enjoy them along the road of life! What is important to you? Money? Power? Recognition--ego? Opinions of others? All can be combined and totally destroy you! Don't let those small things take over your life and become priorities. Enjoy the simple things you can like spending time with someone and examine your steps to get there. Make sure you offend no one.

When we learn to enjoy the ride of life, God will smile because then He knows you have given that situation totally to HIM! Make God smile-----let HIM change things in your life!

Take a moment today to enjoy those things that may even have been a distraction or hinderance in your life. Take a moment to release stress to God. Smell those flowers along the walkway, that coffee each day, and yes--even enjoy a donut!

With great companionship and fellowship one with another, you will find happiness, peace and joy and those things that look impossible will all work out. Take time also for one another. Spend a few minutes a day doing a random act of kindness, give someone a surprise, take a walk, and relax knowing God will help you to your fullest potential if you desire it!

When you walk along, someone may ask you for the time? Wearing a watch, you may give them an answer. Do you have the time? You help when you can and that is a simple thing.

Enjoy your life, the ride of life, the smell of the flowers and the coffee. Have peace in your heart and soul, and smile when you can==yes---and even when you think you can't!! Make someone happy today and share your love with them! Do you have the time? Of course you do--it's a matter of priority! Don't forget that some day you may have to ask others for their time as well so give freely of your time while you can and God will bless you abundantly!
