ACCEPT WHAT GOD ALLOWS

One of the greatest acts of faith that we can display is to "Accept What God Allows". When we accept what God allows, we acknowledge His sovereignty. There are times when we want to carry the weight of anxiety, and burden ourselves with impulsive woes. Sometimes we just struggle with accepting things that we don't understand or we can't reason with. But God Rules! No matter what the situation, He rules, and God has the absolute right to do all things according to his own good pleasure.

When I was a child, I would sing "he's got the whole world in His hands". It was true then, and it is true now. What safer place could you and I be other then in His hands? And, if you are in His hands that means that your anxiety, your worries, your relationship, your children, your career, your finances, your health, and your grief are all under his control. You're in His hands. Though you may not understand everything that's happening in your life - if it is occurring, God has allowed it - You only need to Accept What God Allows.

So, today I affirm that I will Accept What God Allows. I will accept the sovereignty of God to control my life's outcome. I lay my everything in his hands, and I will not agonize about the things that God permits to happen in my life. As children of the Most High God, we can rest assured that God's grace is sufficient and that there is Peace in His hands. So, when things get rough as they sometimes do, remember the Lord Rules, then Accept What God Allows.
