But whoever disowns me before others will be disowned before the angels of God. Luke 12:9 NIV

Here, disowned does not just mean speaking out against Christ. There is no sitting on the fence with Jesus. If you are not for Jesus, then you are against Him. There are many ways to share the relationship you have with Jesus to others. Others need to know about how Christ works in your life. Find the way that is effective for you to share Jesus and then do so. He will acknowledge you before the angels in heaven.
