Sitting in silence is where you'll hear the realness you seek
Within all the noise are the detriments that aim to make you weak
Trying to root yourself in variables you can't control
Will lead you down a path that increases that empty hole

Most people want a following or further connection
However, their activity speaks to different intention
Many still trap themselves within their own fear
With no favorable results to show each year

Clarity is hard to find if you invest in the mess
Where you put your time reflects your levels of stress
A lot of loneliness occurs despite being surrounded
A lot of rejection occurs due to where one's thoughts are founded

Restriction is something many don't even realize is already done
It isn't the scope of what a system may be, but rather your own action
The feelings you let invade and take hold
Are what is determining the anxiety you wish to fold

Life may be complex, but it isn't bleak
There is a solution to the problem a simple technique
Where many fall is how they look for the answer
Because there are far too many lies killing their outlook like a cancer
