In this world of darkness, you need light in order to navigate your way through. Jesus Christ is the perfect light that you need. Because He lives, you can face tomorrow. Because He lives. all fear is gone. Because you know, He holds your future, and life is worth a living just because He lives. Isn't that worth celebrating? If you believe, I want you to shout - Hallelujah!
John 8:12 says, Jesus is the light of the world. He is one who gives light to mankind. He is the light of the world who gives the light of life. John 3:16 says - GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not die but shall have everlasting life. Jesus is the giver of the divine life. He is the bright and morning star as revealed in Rev 22:16. He is also the sun of righteousness as revealed in Malachi 4:2. He gives light to everyone freely. Do you want his light? Is there any area of your life that you want him to shine his light? Just tell him. Go ahead. The LORD is willing to lighten your path and lead you. It is not his will that you walk in darkness( in sin, sorrow or ignorance). He manifested and came as a man to destroy the works of darkness, all the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). So that you can be free. While the devil came with darkness to kill, steal and destroy, Jesus came with light that you may have abundant life (John 10:10). He wants you to be enlightened and full of his light. He is the WORD that gives light. And His words are spirit and life. Psalm 119:130 explains that the entrance of his word into a man's heart gives light (i.e understanding). Beloved, I would like you to desire more of the word and desire more encounters with Christ. As you abide with Jesus, your face and your path would begin to shine more and more. People would see you and know that you have been with Jesus. The beauty and the glory attached to holiness would be seen in you. Isaiah 60:1 that says - "Arise, shine! for your light has come and the glory of GOD is risen upon you" shall be fulfilled in your life in Jesus name.
Beloved, it has to be so because as He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). You are the light of the world as He is the light of the world. You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). So you got to shine and manifest His light and you will shine and keep on shining and manifesting His light in Jesus name. If you believe, shout a believing - Amen!

In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. There was a man sent from God whose name was John. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world - John 1:4-9
Prayer:
My Father and my GOD, you are the light of the world, Lighten my life and let your light swallow every form of darkness in me. And give me the grace to keep manifesting your light everywhere I go and in everything I do. I pray with thanksgiving in Jesus name.
