Acts 2:36-38 (KJV)  Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
Now, when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

If I were to leave you with a thought, it would simply be this: Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.

Here in the scriptures,  we read that on the day of Pentecost, Peter stood up, filled with the Holy Ghost, and spoke to the men of Judea and all them that dwelt in Jerusalem He prophesied about the identity and resurrection of Jesus Christ, a man approved by God with signs and wonders following.

Apostle Peter went on to point out the sin of the people against Jesus and that repentance must be done in the name of Jesus Christ.

The definition of repent is feel or express sincere regret or remorse about one's wrongdoing or sin.

We're living in a time where preachers are preaching a different gospel.  They're preaching a different Christ, which is not Jesus Christ, but an antichrist indeed.

The missing message from many churches today is the message of repentance. Rarely will you hear someone preaching against sin. Many  modern sermons deal with the side subjects, not the main issues that challenge the heart of a man.

Many churches have resorted to a self-improvement gospel, a motivational gospel, but it's not the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I stop by to tell you that the gospel of Jesus Christ is not a figment of man's imagination but a creation of God almighty.

In order for you to go to heaven,  you must repent.
In order for you to stand before a Holy God, you must repent.
If you're practicing a lifestyle that's contrary to what the Bible says,  you must repent.

Repent and be baptized every one  of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.

In John chapter 3, there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Marvel, not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

The problem, especially here in America, is that people think there is more than one way to God, but the Bible speaks plain: Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life. No man cometh to the Father but by me.

Jesus said unto the Jews in St. John chapter 10 verse 7: Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
All that ever came before me were thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Pasture means a land covered with grass and other low plants suitable for grazing animals, especially cattle or sheep.

There is only Pasture in Jesus Christ. Anything apart from Jesus is nothing but a land of thorns and weeds. Amen, thorns and weeds must be rooted up and removed in order to have healthy grass.

Jesus concludes the book of Matthew by telling his disciples, saying, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

You must repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.

You have to live for Jesus Christ. Just as the Lord gave his life for you, you must give your life back to God. It's the only way you'll make it into heaven. God bless.
