Repentance lies in the heart of the believer. God is Holy and righteous and pure. Sin can not stand in His presence. We are sinful by nature. How then can we possibly expect to stand in the presence of God? We can through the blood which Jesus shed at Calvary. His blood is the perfect sacrifice. Death is the wage of sin. The death of Christ was the payment for our sins. We must repent of our sinfulness and turn our lives over to Him! He is the only true healer!
