Still analyzing the words of Father Jacob, the son of Isaac and the grandson of the father of faith, Abraham. This well-groomed man appreciated the beautiful life lived by his fathers which he also imbibed.

Do you know what? The expression "the days of the years" occurs three times in a verse containing his response. This simply means that each day must be made to count in the years you are going to live on the Earth. In other words, each day is relevant to the years you will spend on the Earth.

Therefore, every day must be seen and lived as a person who is on a journey to his permanent home. A man's journey is normally from the womb to the tomb by which he will go back to his home either in heaven or hell, depending on his works on the Earth.

One certain thing is that whoever lives in this world as a Pilgrim, holding loosely to the things of this world and holding tightly to the things of eternal value in Christ will end well in the kingdom of God.

Beloved, how do you live each of your days? It is the days that will accumulate into years. So you have to live each of your days as a man on a brief visit to the world. This will give you unending joy at the end of your journey in this world. Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord.
