For a long time now struggle has occurred
Regardless of your standing it is a common word
Everyone is susceptible to the rigors of it
Each of us are familiar if we're honest enough to admit
Don't mistake the pain and sorrow for weakness
Obviously we learn from those instances to reach completeness
Miracles still happen in this day and age due to our uniqueness

Frequently we witness false messages and cures
Reading through nonsense has never been more popular
Onto the next big thing seems to be the constant trend
Making hasty decisions to be irrational and spend

Diligence seems to have greatly faded in society
Everybody has such a short attention span, but wants notoriety
Living their lives in ways that are often destructive
Utilizing materials to hide away from being productive
Such a sad sight to view the new standard people try to push
Intervening in ways that aren't natural, but more of an ambush
Other people often expect their views to be universally accepted
Never taking into account the facts of the topics they've rejected
