We were not created to be served but to serve. Even our Master did not come down from heaven to be served but to serve others in carrying out the will of the Father. But Jesus went far beyond just serving as He gave His life for us that we might be reconciled to the Father through the blood He shed at Calvary. The wage of sin is death and there had to be a sacrifice made for all the sin of mankind, and Jesus Himself made that sacrifice. So, do not have the attitude that you are to be served for that is not why you were created.
