Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Mark 10:46-47 NIV

How do we in our own way beg? In begging do we speak with others, seek assistance from them, or do we do other things? When we have a need though do we think of crying out to our Savior and asking Him to help us? Remember that God knows everything you need, even before it comes to your mind. God loves it when you come to Him, knowing that nothing is beyond His ability to provide. Let the desires of your heart be known to the Lord. He is the supreme provider of all that is needed.
