Herein Jesus speaks of becoming great in the eyes of God. God wants us to love our neighbor as ourselves and to serve one another rather than focusing on ourselves. Most of us tend not to be servants of all. We do spend time focusing on us and that which we need or want. God provides that which we need but we extend that to going for that which we want. Wby do we not focus more on that which God wants? We are bombarded with constant ideas of improving our situation, putting us in a higher status position. Let us instead focus on what God wants us to do.
