You came down
Taking on a tiny,
Vulnerable
Helpless
Little body
Dependant on a Mother's love.
Knowing that others would seek to stop your plans
Growing up in a physical human body.

You are more then just a man
Your Immanuel God with us
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

You knew all that you would endure
The unimaginable pain
You didn't have to be spat at
Beaten
Flogged almost to death
A crown of thorns pushed into your head
Mocked
Your weaken shredded beaten body forced to bear the weight of the cross
Until you couldn't and needed help
You didn't have to endure the pain
The nerves in your hand being
Crushed by the nails
And being driven into your feet
The bitter taste from the sour wine.
Yet you still chose to come down
And take on a physical human body.

Born in a manger
A humble begining
But your more than just a man
Your Immanuel God with us
Your the Prince of Peace
And King of Kings
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Your Love for us
Changed Everything
Every single person was and is worth it to you.
The physical pain you endured is nothing compared to the Pain you feel from the rejection
When someone you Love so much denies you.
For you took on the cross
You died and rose from the grave
For them too
So that they would have a chance
A choice to spend eternity either with you
Or with out you
Either with your love or with out it.

You chose to come down
And take on a tiny
Vulnerable
Helpless
Little body
Dependant on a Mother's love
Simply because you Love Us.
