One God, One Savior

I Corinthians 8: 5-6 KJV-"For though there be that are called gods whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many and lords many,) But to us there is but one God, The Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him."

In this world today, people have differing beliefs about God. Polytheist believers believe that there are many or more than one God. For example, they might believe in the Sun god, the fertility god, or the goddess of love. They may have different gods for different life situations. However, we who identify as Christians believe and know through power of the Holy Ghost, that there is only, one true God and Father of all mankind, Jehovah God.
God our Father and Jesus the Christ are one in the same. John 10 verse 30 states this: "I and my Father are one." Many Christians today believe in the Holy Trinity. However, there are Christians who believe that Christ The Son, is a separate entity from God, The Father. Scripture from the Bible tells us in Hosea chapter 13 verse 4, "Yet I am the Lord thy God from the Land of Egypt and thou shalt know no God but me for there is no savior besides me." Jesus is our savior, Jesus is God. "I even I am the Lord; and beside me there is no savior," (Isaiah 43:11 KJV).
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace," (Isaiah 9:6 KJV). "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God," (Philippians 2: 5-6)."For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," ( I Timothy 2:5 KJV).
I pray that we all come to an understanding that there is only one God, and creator of the universe, Jehovah God.
