EMMANUEL - GOD WITH US

After the fall of Adam, GOD the son decided to come into the world as a man in order to save mankind from sin. John the beloved explained little of this in John 1:14. As it is written - "And the word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us. And we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth".

Beloved, JESUS Christ is no ordinary man. He is GOD (See John 1:1). He is EMMANUEL, GOD with us. He became a man in order to redeem mankind from sin. Don't forget that Adam and Eve sinned in the beginning and that the sin nature of theirs was passed from generation to generation. So JESUS came as the second and last Adam to restore mankind back to GOD and to become the first born of a new breed and generation of people. So that through Him (JESUS Christ), you could become the righteousness of GOD and become all that GOD intended you to become. In other words, through JESUS, you can inherit the same divine nature that He (JESUS) carries. Sin and death came through the first Adam but righteousness and eternal life came through JESUS. Remember JESUS had no sin. He was 100% pure. He had no sin in Him. He was 100% GOD that became a man. He wasn't born of sperm like every other man. Colossians 2:9 tells us that all of GOD dwells in JESUS. John 3:34 also tells us that JESUS had an unlimited measure of the Spirit. As a mortal man He was 100% full of the Spirit and had 100% measure of the Holy Spirit. He died and resurrected, went back to Heaven and then did something that would affect mankind on earth positively forever. He released the Holy Spirit upon believers that believe in him. He sent the Holy Spirit to planet earth (see Acts 2). The Holy Spirit brings the fullness of the manifestation of the GOD head. Anywhere the Holy Spirit is received, the Father and Christ are also received there.

So If you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you also have JESUS and the Father in you. I am not saying the Holy Spirit is JESUS but I am saying whoever has the Holy Spirit also has JESUS and the Father. That is why Paul could say, Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27), and that is why JESUS himself said in John 14:23 - "Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him. Beloved, the same JESUS that walked on the surface of the earth for 33 years, who died and resurrected and went to heaven (though still in heaven) is now residing in my heart and in the hearts of every other believer that believes in Him. Hallelujah! Beloved, that is the revelation of EMMANUEL. GOD is with us. Glory be to GOD!!

The revelation is deep. I pray that GOD would open your eyes of understanding more and more that you may be able to comprehend and understand the depth, the height, the breath and the length of GOD's love towards us in Jesus name. As we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, I wish you a Merry Christmas

Father GOD, thank you for sending JESUS to us and for revealing yourself to us as "GOD with us". We celebrate your presence with us. We praise with thanksgiving in Jesus name.
