LESSONS OF LIFE

Life is not set in stone
Nor are you meant to live it alone
The choices we make shape our lives
Not our will or our pride

Forget to be what others think of you
Be what God sees in you
It may not bring you riches or glory
But at the end you have lived

Free yourself from the expectations of others
Be bold and unrelenting
Yet let kindness and grace
Flow through you veins

Prepare to be amazed
By the beauty of every little thing
Let gratitude for them guide your way
Then miracles and wonders, you shall see

Fear of failure is to be embraced
Do not be afraid to try new things
Always look at the bright side when you fail
For every failure is only a lesson learnt

Let peace flow through your heart
Lest anger and jealousy become your friends
Rather, be content with what you have
With everlasting joy and happiness as your only companions

Do not pass on every opportunity to grow
Always embrace every trial and difficulty with thanksgiving
Then every tear shed shall be seed
For a better tomorrow

Death cannot be avoided
But with God's grace we can enter heaven through faith
Where death has lost its sting
And the blood of His Son became the glasses of His love
