Crucified In The Middle

There they crucified him, and with him two others—one on each side and Jesus in the middle. John 19:18 NIV

After having had His back lashed until it was raw, had a mock trial, and carried His cross out to Calvary, they crucified Him. Can you imagine the excruciating pain of having nails hammered through the palms of your hands and your feet? He was crucified between two men, one who would ask to be remembered by Jesus when He entered into His kingdom and the other who would blaspheme Him. Jesus stands between heaven and hell. Each of us takes one road, either the one which leads through Jesus to eternal paradise, or to hell where the fire never is extinguished, and one is tormented forever. Yes, Christ is in the middle, and each of us must make the choice as to what we do with that which He offers to us. For your sake I pray you choose Christ.
