The Full Measure

“I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them.” John 17:13 NIV

Before leaving, the Lord prayed for the disciples, and in their presence. He wanted them to have something, the full measure of His joy. He did not ask for a small measure, He wanted it to be full, abundantly, filling them totally, that with the indwelling Holy Spirit, to go and boldly proclaim to the world the Good News.

Jesus wants us to have that same full measure of His joy which He prayed fro His disciples. Never doubt the measure of the joy with which you have been blessed. Jesus provides abundantly through the Holy Spirit.
