The love that I know is truly great
Some claim that it is filled with hate
Just because they feel it doesn’t tolerate
However, it is the only one that should disseminate

All the various forms they say
Don’t fulfill anyone on this day
Temporary for sure in several ways
Doesn’t make it correct in the world at play

Many people out there diminished
Relationships over before they’re finished
A culture in need of a witness
To help the focus be on the proper interests

What is it that they wish to see
Not everything can be filled with glee
We can’t make up whatever we want to be
The truth still exists even if you don’t agree

Hesitation can lead to stagnation
Greed seems to fuel the nations
Everybody is giving in to temptation
When the reality is they need salvation
