They Who Treasure It And Bear Fruit With Patience

The sower sows the seed, however it varies in its results based on different circumstances and measures of belief.

What then is the way to be most fruitful?

“But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.”

Luke 8:15 (NKJV)

It is very good to hear the Word of God, enjoy the Word and be encouraged by it, however only they who treasure it can reap its everlasting benefits.

There are many who believe, yet only for a brief moment and then the temptations of life draws them away from God and from His precious Word, but they who treasure it and bear fruit with patience will surely be the blessed and fruitful ones.

If God’s Word be like the bright shining sun, the devil will bring in many pseudo lights to distract our attention and drift us away from our blessed Lord, yet let our eyes be focused on Jesus and may we continue to find pleasure in His presence and may everyday be filled with more of the Lord.

Let everyday be so much filled with Jesus and may we find hearty joy in His fullness so much so that we may not have time and desire for any sinful pleasures and may this be our state forever.
