Who Do You Think You Are?

Here again the Jewish leaders are stuck on the concept of physical death, but that is understandable as their minds and souls were spiritually dead. The only type of death that they could understand is physical death. But the soul lives on after the body perishes. What will happen to the soul once it parts ways with the human body?

Jesus lets us know that the one who believes in Him shall have their soul spend eternity in the presence of the Father and the Son. There will come a time when the soul will be united with a heavenly body. This is just too hard of a concept for many to grasp, and so they just ignore or do not accept its existence. This does not take away though from the truth of the soul living forever. Where shall your soul spend eternity? I pray that our soul will be in the presence of God for eternity.

I have heard people say they don't want to believe something they can't prove.

I have also heard them say they don't want to give up their fleshly lifestyle - it would be too hard.
