Encouragement

In the church we have different spiritual gifts. God and Holy Spirit gave nine gifts each in 1 Corinthians 12. Jesus gave five gifts in Ephesians 4:11. Paul gave seven gifts dealing grace in Romans 12. Grace overflows thanksgiving to God. Peter gave two gifts in 1 Peter 4:11. Bible does speak in diverse places too. Hold spiritual gifts in palm not fist. Power and ministry can happen without Holy Spirit but more power and more ministry can happen with Holy Spirit.

In the church we have different hearts or callings. Preaching calling is different from teaching calling. Character witnesses the call. Moses never told about burning bush experience to anyone. Great call is an added bonus. Paul had a great call but Timothy and Titus never had a great call. Direct call always needs the confirmation of the church. Acts 9:26,27. Barnabas introduced Paul to the apostles. Appointment is greater than call. Paul appointed Timothy at church at Ephesus. 1 Timothy 1:3,4. And Titus at church at Crete. Titus 1:5. Appointment is never neutral. Either right or wrong comes but nothing never comes. God never repents regarding his call. Romans 11:29.

Even we have different abilities. Ability comes with time. Matthew 10:19,20. Ability comes from the Father God. John 6:65. Avail means empty and availability is double okay when ability is okay. Adoptability means no culture shock where it means no sense of cultural disorientation in different society. Accessibility means conveying to head and seemers. No access conveys spiritual stupor. Accountability means heavenly concerns. Responsibility is response to his ability.

Lastly composition of different personalities. Introvert can convey through silence. Extrovert can communicate most every. Ambivert can do both. Three must result in ministry. Some can be commentators and some can be good preachers. Still some can be both. Know what you can be the best and also worst. Do best. Jesus is impartial and not favouristic or not respecter of persons.

And also of experiences. Experience can support theology but cannot make theology. Experience school and even prison. God reveals one by one. God demands obedience whether it makes sense or not. God told to prophet Hosea go and marry prostitute Gomer. God changes character according to need. Nearer you go the nearer God comes. These are experiences of times. You have to be born again to be in God’s will. God never goes out of scripture. Nobody reveals God’s will as well as God does. Accept God’s courage implanted in you. Take counsel from born again.

When all these come to harvest shalom is spoken by God. Motto is Jesus and gospel of cross.
