Jesus promised God's shalom not our shalom. This intends no urgency of hearts and no cowardice. Shalom is Jewish greeting. This generation also gives shalom but that is Antichrist shalom. David is a man of shalom but when he speaks they are for war. Jesus told shalom as my Father has sent me I send you. Let the shalom of God rule in our hearts. Pray with shalom and quiet lives. Shalom means not a state of mind but a right relationship with God where everything is right. Jesus did not come to say shalom but a division between believer and unbeliever in one house. Matthew 10. Shalom means restitution and re-relationship. Shalom is used in introductions and conclusions of epistles. Shalom dwells with impartial and no favouritism or respect of persons.

Shalom is fruit of Holy Spirit. Grace produces shalom. As far as it depends on you live with shalom with others. Pursue shalom along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. If missionary goes to city say shalom and enter that house until you return stay. But if that house is unworthy let your shalom return to you and shake off the dust of your feet. Jesus words are spirit and life. John 6:63. And shalom. John 16:33. Jesus told I told prior because in me you may have shalom. Shalom comes when you overcome anxiety through prayer. More prayer echoes more shalom mindset.

Jewish shalom is awaited for Messiah but Christ shalom is fulfilled in Jesus. Missionary explained that Jesus is shalom-child to make them understand that Jesus death is substitution and propitiation for atonement. Presence of God always cannot give blessing of shalom in our lives. Go in shalom. Even workaholic ends not in shalom but Holy Spirit does. If we are doing God's shalom we have no time to dispute about his plans. It passes away all understandings. And reunites with Jesus Christ. There is a constant fight between Christ's shalom and Antichrist shalom. We are to make Christ shalom succeed. God's shalom does not contradict God’s word. If it does, forget it. You have to be born again to receive God’s shalom. Nobody reveals God’s shalom as well as God does. It takes uninterrupted hour to receive God's shalom. God’s character and promises with confessions of our sin gives specific answer of shalom.
