A student pilot crash landed an helicopter a few year ago, I cannot remember whether or not he survived it or not. The explanation given for the crash by his instructor was simple, "He failed to follow instructions I gave him," Whether he survived it or not, the reason remains the same.
A woman bought a cell phone in the year 2007 or thereabout, one of the instructions on the leaflet that accompanied the phone was that its battery should be charged for not more than one and a half hours to be fully charged.
This innocent woman, because of irregular power supply in the city, decided to charge (connect the battery to the power source) "for about ten hours on a day there was power supply on that fateful day.
What was the outcome?
The battery became swollen and ceased to be functional as it was the case before that day. That was the end of that battery. It was thrown away because the woman did not know how to "revive" it. No instructions on this from the manufacturer on the cell phone leaflet.
That is the essence of having an instructional manual, ditto an instructor. Every outcome of a failure to follow an instruction is "a great loss". Loss in every sense of the word. In the two examples cited earlier, can you not discern losses incurred?
Every person's desire is to live rather than die. In other words, everyone desires life rather than death. Do you know that life can be likened to an equipment or an engine that has an instructional manual which needs to be read and followed diligently for optimum result or performance?
It is disheartening that many who desire to live a meaningful life are not aware that life has instructional manual to be read and followed. Not only this, there are certain people who desire life and are aware of availability of Life Instructional Manual and are not ready at all to follow or obey it. The result will be the same for both set of people. Great loss of life or in life!
Joshua the son of nun was one of the most successful people in the world, especially, among the Jews in the olden days. He was a commander in chief of God's army and a leader (a successor) to Prophet Moses. After the taking over of the reign of power, God who reigns in the affairs of men through who ever He has chosen instructed His man, Joshua thus,
"Only be strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant command thee :turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein : for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success." Jos 1:7-8. King James Version (KJV).
That is the right instruction for good results in life.
It means that if you read Life Instructional Manual and obey all the contents therein, you will prosper in your ways and have good success and " ye shall eat the good of the land."
Can you now also see the reward for following observance of all that are contained in the Life Instructional Manual? This manual is generally seen as a religious Book but it is more than that. It is a book of authority on all areas.
Those who rose, in the past and present, even those who may rise, against it have ended up confirming the effectiveness and effectiveness of this unfailing manual. The current trouble that bedevils the whole world now is not new to those who obtained a copy of Life Instructional Manual, medidate on and do according to what the instructions are in it.
COVID 19 or Corona Virus may not be mentioned directly in it but reference to it and other health hazards that have troubled the world before, now or in the future is in the Holy Bible.
