                                     MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN                                                                                                   Judgement            

 Daniel 5:5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.

Belshazzar, the Babylonian King in Daniels later years, had departed from the righteous ways of  his Grandfather Nebuchadnezzar, instead following the ways of his father, Nabonidus. Belshazzar did not adhere to the God of Daniel, but rather the god of pleasures, power and materialistic acquisition, partying, sexual exploitation, and finally a mockery of God, by defiling the sacred instruments of the temple.

God had reached His limit with Belshazzar, and it was judgement time for the kingdom as recorded in Daniel 5.   The handwriting was on the wall

 Daniel 5:25-28 And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

26 This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom and finished it.

27  TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

28   PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.          

We as a nation over the past 250 years have weathered many a storm from wars, riots, economic depression, and natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, and each has increased in magnitude and severity, lately occurring with much more frequency.

In the earlier years of our nation we placed our trust, faith,  and the  nation into God’s hands for guidance, even our laws were based on Biblical principles, and we seemed to flourish and become the envy of the world. A mere peasant could come to this nation with the opportunity to become a millionaire, through hard work and perseverance, and  without government assistance, and that, along with our faith in God made us the nation we became.

But all that began to change in the 1960’s when our nation decided we were such a great nation we didn’t need God or His moral laws anymore and booted Him out of our schools, government, public and private life. We began to see killing the unborn as a blessing for society, and that it is a woman’s right to kill her unborn child, and now that has evolved into wanting to kill then  up to, and after birth,1,700,000,000 worldwide since 1973.        THAT’S BILLIONS!!

We began telling people they didn’t need to work, they were entitled to free food, free housing, free medical, free anything, the government would take care of you. People lost their initiative becoming complacent

We began mocking God, denying His creation and teaching that we came from a mass of goop and evolved into intelligent beings!!, with God and Jesus becoming the favorite topics for comedian’s jokes and one liners, movies, television, books and magazines.

Mega-church’s preaching a prosperity, spiritual inner self, style of gospel without God. Send me your seed money and your problems will be solved, most Christian churches becoming more of a social club than a house of God, preaching politically correct feel good messages so as not to offend anyone, compromising and capitulating with the world in order to be politically correct, and ignoring God completely. Jeremiah 7:11 Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the LORD.

IS THE HAND-WRITING ON THE WALL FOR US? I believe it is, and this Corona Virus could very well be God’s last warning before complete judgement rains down upon us. It’s past time to get on our knees as Jehoshaphat and his people did, call upon God for repentance and mercy and if we truly and sincerely pray and mean this;  WATCH THE MIRACLES  OF GOD BEGIN!

I have over the years  written and spoken of the time of the end and have been met with laughter, insults, mockery, and a could care less attitude of what the Bible has to say concerning the coming judgement upon, not only this nation, but the world as a whole, but like Jeremiah, I must continue to warn you in accordance with  Ezekiel 33:6. Look the verse up

Jeremiah 10:10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation

Jeremiah 7:13-14 And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the LORD, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;

14 Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.

Rev.14:18-20  And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

May God add a blessing to the going forth of His word
