Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. John 2:8-9a NIV

So, when was the water actually changed into wine? From the wording of the verses here, I would state that it occurred between the water being drawn by the servants and the tasting of it by the master of the banquet. The reaction of the banquet master certainly opened the eyes of the servants to what Christ had done.

What truly opened your eyes (and heart and soul) to the miracles of Christ, to who He is and what He does for you? Consider it to be a true blessing that your eyes, heart, and soul have been opened to the love and goodness of the Lord. What a true blessing!
