She went and told those who had been with him and who were mourning and weeping. When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it. Mark 16:10-11 NIV
Is it not interesting that those who followed the Lord would mourn and weep at His loss, yet would not believe that a follower of His had now seen Him alive? Had not the Lord told His disciples on three separate occasions that even though He would be put to death, on the third day He would rise from death? Could they not trust His word without personally seeing Him? Were they any less a doubter than Thomas?
What words spoken by Christ do you have a doubt in? Think on this question deeply, then go to Christ and ask Him to eliminate the doubts that you have. Tell Him you want to trust in Him more and more. Ask Him to help you in your weakness to believe! He wants you to believe in everything which He says!

I agree with Pam that it is Satan, working through the many who cast their opinions before believers, in hopes of creating doubts about our Lord Jesus, and upon the great plans of God.
Roland touches upon this the number one stumbling block quite well.
