A Purposeful Blessed Life.
The best a tree in the garden can do is to be fruitful for its Master. God has planted us in His beautiful garden, providing for all we need and want so that we may be fruitful and pleasing to Him, and for sure in this is our true blessedness and joy that we may please Him and walk in His ways.
A wonderful prophesy for John the Baptist….
“And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest;
For you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways,”
Luke 1:76 NKJV
If the prophesy is fulfilled in the life of John, then his life before the Lord was a successful one. John was faithful to his calling and lived for God accomplishing the very purpose for which he was sent.
Jesus said this about John the Baptist…
“For I say to you, among those born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist; ……” Luke 7:28 NKJV
However the verse does not end there…it further says…
“……………..but he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.” Luke 7:28 NKJV
God is looking for more who would like John live to the purpose they were created.
We are created with a blessed purpose, a purpose to glorify God and live a blessed life.
The devil have often strayed many from their God ordained paths and seems to make their lives meaningless, yet God has a plan for us, plan to restore us and rebuild us. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Let’s repent and return to the Lord God with a broken heart and in prayer, pouring out our heart to Him, for He is able and willing to deliver us and make us blessed.
King David who knew God’s heart speaks thus..
“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,
A broken and a contrite heart—
These, O God, You will not despise.” Psalm 51:17 NKJV
If God is ready to mend broken hearts, let’s not waste time, right now fall into His presence and pray and He will heal us and bless us.
A blessed purpose have we on this earth,
Cursed are we not from our birth,
A purpose to bring glory to God’s awesome name
Weak are we, Yes He knows our frame
Yet mercy calls us with an outstretched arm,
Come to Him and be safe from every harm
He will turn your sorrow into joy
He will turn your mourning into laughter,
Nothings impossible with my God,
Hopeless shall you be never hereafter.
God Bless,
Abraham
