Christ-The True And Necessary Foundation

If Christ be removed from a Christian, what then remains is ‘ian’ which could simply mean ‘I Am Nothing’. Truly, the real and necessary foundation for every human being should be Christ and then shall they be built up to be a blessed structure for the glory of God. Any other foundation other than Christ will be false and would always mislead.

God created us in His own image and character and gave His Son Jesus Christ to us so we may receive our forgiveness and be reconciled to Him through Christ. Thus now we are no longer only human being born in the flesh, rather we are also new spiritual beings born in Jesus Christ and whatever then we build in life is upon this blessed foundation of Jesus Christ, such a foundation can never pass away and shall be a great blessing to all. On the contrary anything built upon any other foundation other than Christ will soon pass away and will never be a blessing.

The world has seen heresies, hatred, lies, robbery, murders and corruption arise from those lives in which Christ is not the foundation and love, forgiveness, benevolence, caring, sharing and all sorts of blessedness from the lives whose foundation is ‘The Prince of peace’ Himself.

“For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

1 Corinthians 3:11 (NKJV)

God has laid the one and only foundation for mankind and that is ‘Jesus Christ’.

Let Christ govern our mind and heart-for then our thoughts shall be pure and our ideas blessed,

Let Christ build what He desires out of our life, for then shall we be built the best.

If Christ be our foundation, then shall we be a true blessing for this world and for the Kingdom of God.

Let’s pray that may we and all who belong to us may truly be an image of God and may our lives be based upon the true and blessed foundation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Christ is the Rock of ages, our perfect ground, our true salvation, our true foundation.
