Well, I'm not the kind of man (girl) to ever lead you wrong
and I'm not the kind of man (girl) to ever sing a song
that leaves everybody thinking something's wrong,
so sit back and listen to me
because I serve a Savior that set the captives free!
When Moses went to Pharoah
he couldn't even speak
but Moses knew...
and you should, too...
that it didn't make him weak.
He walked right up with his walking stick
and defeated all of the devil's tricks.
Pharoah thought he could keep 'em down
but God's people didn't hang around!

Well, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego,
and Daniel in the lion's den
had no need to beg and plead
'cause they knew Who's hands they were in.
Every day they would kneel and pray
'cause they all knew a better way.
Satan thought he could bring them strife
but he couldn't touch their lives.
