We love Thee, O LORD Jesus;
We worship all Thy ways;
We give Thee our thanksgiving;
We pour our hearts to Thee in praise…
For no one is like You, O LORD;
No one can compare;
No one is good enough to be their own god;
Even though we are devils at times, we wouldn’t dare…
‘Cuz there’s something sweet and special
About our living LORD,
Your ways, Your thoughts, Your specialness
‘Cuz in You there is no fraud…
For You are holy, just and true,
Comforting, kind and caring;
You bestow on us every blessing;
To us You are always sharing…
Yes, we know we can count on You
To deliver our heart’s desire…
We can also count on You to rekindle our embers
And stoke them into fires…
Oh Jesus, can we count the ways
You show You love us with all Your heart?
Can we ever truly know
You finish what You start?
For we are Your workmanship,
Created in Christ Jesus for good deeds,
To let You love others through us,
And to help You fulfill their needs…
For tis true You love others through us
And You bless them through our faith;
Yes, You use us believers so faithfully
To show others Your face and Your grace…
So, thank You, LORD, for using us
To effect Your will in this wearisome world,
For using us to help the helpless,
Yes, every boy and girl,
And men and women, too, O LORD,
For indeed You have no favorites;
You love us all so equally
That in Your Book You made it an affidavit…
So, bless You, LORD,
So faithful and true,
So sweet, so soft,
So sensitive, too
And for being so sentimental,
And for You just being You…
