O LORD…

Thank You for our salvation with all our hearts! Thank You for our health, for feeding us, and for the faith You have woven into us since the womb.

Praise You for Your sincerity, Your sweetness, and for Your sensitivity. You are so kind, considerate, and caring.

And thank You for all Your blessings—especially many of the ones that go by sadly unnoticed because You bless us so much it’s so hard to keep track.

We think You are the greatest God a person could have—even though there are no other real gods, but demons, pretenders to the throne. You, O LORD, are the coolest Guy a man or woman could ever know in this woeful world of ours. And we love You as You love us, with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength!

Bless You, God…

Now we ask of You this:

Please endue us with power from on high to be able to proclaim the gospel, boldly, sincerely and effectively? And please help us to keep salvation foremost in our thoughts, be mindful of Your Word, be peacemakers, and to walk in faith against all forms of evil? And please fill us with Your Spirit, and teach and help us to walk in Him daily? And please help us to tame our tongues; and grant us godly wisdom, discernment, and maturity, and to carry our crosses and follow You daily?

Oh, and please help us to do all to the glory of God, be fruitful in every good work, and to do everything as if unto You, O LORD? And please help us to walk in a manner that is worthy of You and to offer our bodies as living sacrifices, which is our reasonable act of worship? And help us not to be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds, so we can prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is?

And please help us to realize our inexhaustible resources in Jesus the Christ today; and to know the difference between right and wrong and to make the right decision in all our affairs?

And please strengthen, comfort, support and encourage us? And when it comes to those of us who are suffering, please help us through our anxiety, loneliness, fear, and depression?

And please, O LORD, strengthen our faith, give us the courage of our convictions, provide for our needs this day, and do not let us be deceived spiritually, by the school curriculum, the gay philosophy going around nowadays, or any other such nonsense? And help us though our faith and unbelief at times? And please grant us the right words to say at the right moment this day?

And please let Your will be done in our lives the rest of our days in all our ways?

We love You, LORD, like lilacs in the spring…only our love won’t last for just two weeks like those lovely lilac blooms do. No, our love will last a lifetime now, and forever on that day You whisk us away to while away eternity in You Presence, where we will experience the fullness of Your joy and pleasures for evermore…

Blessings on You, God…from the bowels of our hearts, which You have hewn real love for others and for You.
