OUR CHARACTER

The world says, “Patience is a virtue”

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 [a]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

God is more interested in our character than in our many monetary offerings and continual confessions. Lucifer fell because he wanted to ‘take over’ from the almighty, pride and ego took over a beautifully created being who later became the devil.

Isaiah 40:31(KJV)

³¹ But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. 

Life can make a person better or bitter, what he makes of experiences of life is what is important. God wants worshippers who can worsip in spirit and in truth. Those who can stand and be bold in the face of mockery and insults for His name's sake, those who do not see limitations in anything to the glory of the most High.

Always willing to be reduced so that God can be glorified like John the baptist

God loves us that he left His divinity to be encapsulated in the human flesh to show us the way

The Pharisees and Sadducees are a very haughty group of people,  they have knowledge in the head but their hearts are far away from God that they proclaim to serve (revelations 3:9) , many are like that even in Christianity; they are VERY knowledgeable in the 'word' and how to disseminate the information therein in fluent ORATORY BUT their hearts are FAR AWAY from the Lord that they proclaim. Their FRUITS neither manifest nor correlate with the Christ that they proclaim with their mouths.

Our character is important to the most High because this may be the ONLY Bible that some people who come in contact with us SHALL ever read

Apostle Paul though very broken after his encounter with God on the road to Damscus, he confessed his continual character and flesh struggles thereby helping us to recognize this struggle as real and how to stay focused by Christ’s sake (Romans 7:14-25;Galatians 5:16-18 (KJV))

Being christlike means living and showing the character of Christ in every way in every situation.

Do not be deceived that the character of christ means acting spineless as the world takes 'humility' to be. Jesus was firm, kind, compassionate but lovingly tough when he had to be.
