Priorities, priorities, priorities. We run about each day trying to accomplish that which is on our “to do” list. Frantically, to and fro we go. Do we have our priorities properly arranged? I would guess in most cases the answer would be NO.

Our Lord has told us what our number one priority needs to be. We must first seek God’s kingdom. We know that God loves us, and provides for us. So, why do we not do as Jesus says? We are told if we do this, all else of which we have need shall be provided to us. If a relative or friend told us that if we will do that which they say, we will be given all we need, would we not do it if we truly believed them? If we would do as such, then why not so when it is told to us by the Lord?

Stop worrying about all your needs, running around trying to make sure all is met. Rest in the promise provided herein by our Lord. Let your faith be put to the test. Trust always in God. Then the worries of this world will not belong to you.
