What is there to say if I have to live without you? Could I survive if it were only me? Would I even want to? There are enormous gaps in what we know about love. But we know enough to recognize it when we feel it. There is always the chance that we may have to suffer because of love. But is that such a bad thing? Suffering for love can bring us both power and peace. This is what I feel when I’m with you.

Personal love can be erotic in the most intense way. Pornography has dulled our senses by making it sound too cheap and immoral. Married love is never that. At least, I hope we don’t look at it that way. If we do, our marriage is in trouble. We must see each other as a blessed gift from God to each other. If we can’t stand to touch each other, how can we ever feel anything?

Marriage has never been respected like it should be. Maybe there’s not enough respect in the world to really appreciate it. It’s so personal but if we really want to enjoy it, the way God intended; we have to try. The rest of the strength must come from God. Sometimes that’s why we get in trouble. We try to do everything by our self and that’s impossible. And, it’s not that much fun either.

I’ve thought about this a lot and I believe we can be happy together. Even if we should only have one instant of true love, that happiness would be more than some people ever have. Can you imagine a life without ever being loved? See how lucky we are!

When I look at you, I see far beyond who you are at this moment. Some day we will love each other so much, there’s not even any words for it. How much better can it get? God has given us this love so we can be together.

I have to agree that He knows me better than I know myself. He knew just what I needed when He picked you. Or do you think this is some kind of accident? I think we were meant to be together, forever. I want to go to Heaven with you.

When I see the dreams in your eyes, I know you want to share them with me. But dreams are not all we have. We have today, tomorrow, and even yesterday. And in all these moments, my love for you will show me just how much I love you and how beautiful you are and how grateful I am to be yours.

You know there’s something funny about this whole thing? How can we understand how much God loves us, when we can’t even understand our own love? It makes us wonder just how great it’s really going to be. We can’t even imagine, I’m sure! I’m grateful for what we do have and what we can feel. I love you.
