Have you ever gone into a quiet room and just called out to God for a meeting of hearts? Did you let Him know that you were not afraid of such a meeting and that you would submit all of yourself to Him and trust Him wholeheartedly? Did you open up your heart to Him? Did you believe 100 percent that you could truly commune with the Creator in such a way?

What happened? Did find you anything interesting?

Did you find yourself:

crying?
laughing?
feeling super-relaxed?
being filled with a warm spiritual essence?
feeling air hugged?
speaking in another tongue?
on the floor smile-drooling and unable to get up?

You may if you call Him. You may experience one of those things, some of those things, or all of those things, but not one of them will hurt you (Psalm 34:8 KJV, Psalm 16:11 KJV). Don’t be afraid to draw near to Him if you haven’t. Don't be afraid (James 4:8).

You may want to ask a pastor or rabbi to pray or help guide you into the necessary relaxation if you are nervous.
