If you're like me then you have probably received more than a few traffic tickets in your life time haven't you?
If you have then please raise your hand now and say, "Yes I have."
Okay, that seems to be most of you.
Did you enjoy paying those hundreds of dollars to the court system for something that probably did no injury to anybody except the bruising of an ego from a city or State official, court administrator, police officer or attorney?
How did it feel to forfeit a chunk of your weekly or monthly paycheck for not having on your seat belt or for going a little over the posted speed limit?
Most of you would agree it was a form of robbery or legal theft on the part of your government especially when the violation was a man made arbitrary statue that didn't result in damage or injury to anybody else.
It should be obvious to most of you that such schemes are a form of revenue enhancement and that most police officers today are merely policy enforcement officers also known as revenue collectors for the city or state.
Instead of capturing or punishing criminals who violate God's law these officers are assigned the duty of enforcing the DMV codes that you agreed to when you got your driver's license.

You probably do almost everything you are told by those you consider in authority over you but if you love truth and freedom and want to know how to dis-entangled yourself from the BEAST then keep reading. It will be well worth your time.
It's time to discover some truth about the traffic court system and how to legally fight back for your rights and win.
With the help of an acquaintance, Thomas Elliot, I now present you with the following information.
Thomas says: "Learning about law as it is practiced in today's American courts doesn't have to be difficult or confusing if you understand how the system is set up and why it works the way it works. Once you understand the basic concepts about how government and the courts have changed over the two hundred plus year history of our country, you should be able to figure out how to arrive at the outcome you wish to achieve in answer to whatever government process is coming at you."
To help you connect the dots in this endeavor, we have recently added two new links to information that may assist you in understanding where government is coming from so that you can see how you have to reply to government presentments in order to obtain your desired outcome to a matter, whether it be in the matter of a traffic citation or any other circumstance where government is attempting to lord it's authority over you.
If you are not able to see this for yourself from your own experiences in coming into contact with government, or are not able to discern the truth from other people's anecdotal experiences, then you are operating at a disadvantage whenever an agent for the government lines you up in his cross hairs and takes aim.

Just be careful what information you accept as being valid according to your best understanding of law when reading through the files linked to on this page of his website. The first of the files being linked is titled “Taking Over Your Case.” It is information written by Pamela and Will Gaston as they experienced certain matters in a Family Law government administrative court. Though we may not agree with everything they have to say, the truth contained in the brunt of their testimony about how the system works and what you have to do in order to be heard is well worthy of informing oneself.
For example, there are several statements they make that are unequivocally true about how the system works, and which we have confirmed based upon our own experiences, such as the following (a few of which have been revised for more clarity):
“This information [here] is for everyone in a court no matter what the issue; the corrupted court process is the common theme we all face.”
“The first thing people have to realize is that the state agencies are only about money and profit margins, compelling contracts on people and selling the children for a profit and federal bounty.”
“The problems you face are systemic, in that they are using administrative courts to take people's children, homes, jobs, assess fines, payments and judgments, countless ways they have set up to destroy families and children.”
“If you don't know your rights (which they are counting on) you will be taken advantage of.”
“So, you learn that YOU are the sovereign in a constitutional state, YOU have the rights to be free from attack by the state, and the STATE has the burden of proof to proceed against you.”
“But you will find out that the attorney who is assigned to your case does not work for you, blocks you from making the record of what has happened to you, and together with the caseworkers in the child services agency locks you out completely from your own defense and does not defend you either.”
“After you start getting your discovery [discovery is a process by which both the plaintiff and defendant exchange documents making up the facts of the matter] you will find the evidence of "your own" attorney in collusion with the agency to make money for everybody- string you out, take the services, take the children and abuse them in the meantime, screwing with your visits, every way they can to emotionally and physically, mentally and financially destroy you.”
“YOU have all the rights but when there is a representative on your name YOU are NOT THERE and the court acts as though there is no human [natural man or woman competent at law] there with rights, no parents, only slaves [wards of the court] and the state says they are the parents.”
“People must learn the difference between a ‘represented pro se status’ and an unrepresented ‘pro per’ or ‘sui juris’ [sui juris = in one's own right] status in the court. The deception is that ‘pro se’ means literally to ‘represent myself’; but you do NOT ‘represent’ yourself - you ARE yourself. The difference is between a living being and a legally dead fictional entity or ‘person’ as these two distinctions are contemplated by law. Do not believe anyone in the court who tells you there is no difference in what these terms [pro se and pro per] mean in the court process.”
“...you have to get your facts into the court record...”
“If you go into a court and don't understand you have these rights you are eaten alive instantly by the attorneys and judges, whose game it is -- You are the prey and your children are the prize.”
“Usually when you start getting your records you find they are filled with lies and hearsay, but now you can use that in court to turn your case around.”
“They usually do not charge anyone with a crime and they usually have NO lawful paperwork, but if you have an attorney he will allow this and not question it, and allow the court to proceed instead of standing against it.”
“You DEMAND that if there is no one charged with a crime, there is no case at all, and to release the order of the court [to decide in your favor] to you immediately.”
“Everything in the court has to be based on credible evidence [a verified, sworn complaint] ...Without this, and lawful warrants, they are outside of the law and they know it if you confront it OUT LOUD ON THE RECORD.”
“The record is the key they are preventing you from using, once you understand your rights you will make the record in every hearing.”
“The games they play are all centered on the record and controlling it.”
“This is the most basic of court process but YOU have to do it [in your own right, not through a representative, i.e. attorney].”
“The judges KNOW that you have the absolute right to do the things being outlined here.”
“YOU have to make an issue of it, in your papers and in the courtroom out loud when you are in there, you say how they are hiding records and keeping discovery undisclosed to you, and that it is in violation of your rights and malicious prosecution to do this. YOU have to say it or it is not there.”
“Stating your facts that incriminate the agents of the state and that they can't dispute is what turns your case around.”
“People can only claim their Inherent Rights themselves....But YOU have to claim them. No attorney or representative can make a claim [of right] for other people.”
“The attorneys know all this, but the people until recent years did not understand this process clearly to use it and not be ground up in this machine.”
The second file linked to is titled “No State Sovereignty.” Of particular interest to us are the statements about the authority of the “State Of So-and-So” [as in “State of Colorado”] courts. Not one state court, county court, or municipal court in America is a judicial court! They are all inferior courts of limited jurisdiction and have been converted into corporate subdivision legislative courts which have nothing to do with the Original Jurisdiction under the First Judiciary Act of September 24, 1789 wherein the District of Columbia is not a state on the same equal footing as the original union of states. It takes a bit of knowledge of history to be able to confirm this for oneself; but once you obtain that knowledge, the facts are unmistakable.
Use the information in these files to help you confirm and understand the System you are up against and how you must proceed in order to prevail in whatever matter by which you are confronted.
