While going through with tales untold
in flights by day and night
We know who's on board this purchashed vessel
that's loaded with power and might

Our God gives us strength to travel on
for it's by faith and not by sight
That we see our way through the storm
and ride it out, but hold on tight

He gives us peace to conquer the winds
and joy to master each sorrow
He gives hope to reach beyond the haze
and look for a better tomorrow

Though many things fly by in the storm
and many they don't mean no good
Then the word comes along to stir us through
for by it was, the only way we stood

So whatever the case just hold on still
and encourage yourself in the test
Then not for long you'll have a new song
how in the bad, came forth the best
