When we lose a loved one,
We question and wonder why.
We ask God, "Why did you take them,
we want to know your reasons why".
Cause with your Precious Almighty Hand
You could have healed and restored.
But you chose to take them to Heaven with you,
And we're left here all alone.

At first we get so angry,
So very very mad at you.
Cause with the Power in your Hands,
You could have restored them to Brand New.
And even though we know right now,
their happy and their healed....
Even if they could back,
We know they'd stay right there.

We know Dear Lord your choice is best,
Your reasons we may never know.
But we trust in you and believe in you,
We have to leave it and let it go.
Isaiah 57:1 says, "on one understands
that the righteous are taken away
to be spared from evil".....
To be spared from satan's hands.

So please, help us Sweet Jesus,
to let go and to believe.
The choice you made to take them home,
To spare them from evil things.
So please give us the strength and comfort we need,
Cause we know that you know best.
When you took them home and removed their pain,
We know now they are at Rest.
