I have fallen into a dank and dark pit of utter despair.

To me it feels like not even a soul has begun to care.

But in truth, someone greater than others, truly does.

And He is forever with each one of us and always was.

Yet, I am quickly falling into a hard deepening darkness

All around me, it spreads in my dreadful, hurting mess.

I see no possible way out from my dreary point of view.

I have no plan, to leave it all, what am I supposed to do!

How I long for a clear, sunny sky, unlike the one right now.

I can’t see past the deep darkness as it draws all around.

As my totally desperate thoughts, continue to turn round.

Why must I be caught in dark thoughts time and again?

I need to find a way out from all this hurt; I need a plan.

Because, the darkness in stealing the joy so deep inside.

To what seems ages ago, it had slowly yet suddenly died.

That is why, it is light- hearted thoughts my heart craves.

While, my small bottle of joy and bit a sun hastily caves.

The deepening darkness was not actually nearby for me.

I must give it all up, and come whatever may, finally see.

That hope shines down, for me to reach and grab ahold.

And let the deep darkness fade, being ever so very bold!
