I recently discovered this prayer I recorded from my Hollywood apartment on Sunday, the Lord's Day. It is dated June 29, 2003.
I put many of my best thoughts on paper from 1999 to about 2003 while meditating on God's holy word the Bible.



Oh Mighty God, my heavenly Father,
I come before thee now recognizing my need to humble
myself before your almighty throne.

Create in me, God,
a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me.

Teach me your wisdom and lead me into the way everlasting
whose pastures are filled with celestial
beauty; where the well drys not but is filled with the Living Water
from which I must drink Father if I
would have eternal life.

Father
I can do nothing without thee.
Anything good is owning to your sovereign mercy and grace.

Stamp out the pride within
Make me like your son Jesus Christ,
full of meekness, wisdom, mercy,
understanding.

Teach me to number my days Oh Lord,
for time is short upon this earth and we must go about doing
good and speaking that which is according to truth.

Pour out your Spirit upon your people and cause
them to manifest thy good works that the world
may see the glorious God of all creation at work.

May the works of the Devil be destroyed as thy
kingdom is bult and comes to a consumation
before the final judgment. I ask these things in
thy precious and sovereign name.
