ASCEND FROM THE BLIND
I hear that it’s said … But a word to the wise
That God is Dead … Is a Deathly Lie
Just look around … And you can see
His Love abounds … From sea to sea

To start with a Bang … A Bang from what
From His Spirit it sang … It began with a thought
Look up at night … And count the stars
The Majestic sight … They truly are

To look in your eyes … Way down deep
You believe that your wise … Makes Him weep
There is only one Word … There is only one God
It’s not absurd … He made it All

He needed a home … For the man that he made
With the freedom to roam … To reject or obey
He wants to be Loved … For what he has done
But he won’t force us … He will leave us alone

For the few who will search … The truth they will find
To be part of the Church … Ascend from the blind
