IN THE BEGINNING Our beginning came from grime … No reason to exist Crawling out of slime … From truth we all resist Never been a meaning … We just sort of happened But there will be an ending … We will be awakened The lies now been taught us … For these many years The foolishness of trust … Hammered in our ears Manipulate the masses … How it all began In our schools and classes … The Origin of Man But there really is a purpose … Why we are here A very few searches … And sheds a few tears For when the search is done … And our eyes are opened Our Father’s only Son … Who we put our hope in A heavy price was paid … That was reserved for us Down his life he laid … Now he wants our trust So why are we here … What is reality Get yourself prepared … For Eternity As the time draws down …It’s all nearly done A coming new dawn … Our God will be the Sun
