A mother’s love - May not be understood by man
The uniqueness in difference
Simply part of God's plan
An expression of love
That set's her apart
A mother's love -
Is a treasure of the heart

A mother’s love - Can make nothing else matter
Although her heart may be burdened
A feeling torn and tattered
To balance so many feelings
Such a daily demand
A mother's love -
Not even she may understand

A mother's love - Can be hurt when swept under a rug
Yet, an allowance to regain
Available through a hug
The love in her heart
Buried so deep inside
A mother's love -
Not even she can hide

A mother's love - Like a tall tree so strong
Continues to stand
When heavy winds have blown
In partnership with her creator
And the freedom to cry
A mother's love -
Can be found in her eyes

When questioned feelings come into your life
Remember God's gift
That can make all things right
Be grateful for the faith
And hope in your heart
For the greatest gift that sets you apart
The gift from God
Who stands so tall from above
A most precious gift of your life -
The gift of A MOTHER'S LOVE...
