Hi Carl,

How is everything son. I hope you are doing your work and not being mean. Write to me and tell me what you like on the radio son. do not lose the radio or loan it out. People steal any where any time any placde. It's awful but they do this so take special care of it and I'll reward you. Do you understand now Carl?

Well, I miss you and think of you all the time wondering how everything is there at the hall with you son so if you go to school and not play so much God will reward you also. And he loves you Carl a whole lot so take care of yourself and don't smoke because you see those other stupid boys and girls do it. They are crazy and you are not so stop it Carl.

Now write and tell me how you are doing at basketball and football. I'd love to hear how you are getting along because God loves boys who care about their mother and their loved ones. Think of the young kids 17 & 18 yrs old fighting for their country & their women crying for their men. It's awful but the world out there is only what you make it within yourself & you can make it I know sono & I respect you & you should show me some respect because I need it & I have to close my letter. I'll see you again. I'm just fine don't worry about mommie she loves your friends & you especially so cheer up. There is a little blue bird that comes to our ( ) window every morning & he says heer up & lets see you do it. xxx
