Focus On Jesus
Mowing our rectangular shaped yard the other day, I cut diagonally across to mow in a diagonal pattern. In the past as I turned to look at the path I had cut, it looked quite crooked. This time I focused on something at the other end, keeping my eyes on it the whole time. When I got to the other side and turn to see how it looked, it was perfectly straight. Just then it hit me that in the same way if we keep our eyes on Jesus, not being distracted we would also cut a straight path with our lives. Just taking a shot into life without a focus will result in a crooked path, but focusing on Jesus will keep our path straight.
Ps 119:105
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
