An angel, referred to as a young man in a long white garment, inside the empty tomb gave the news that Christ is risen. He instructed the ladies to go and tell His disciples of His resurrection and he gives a special, heart moving aside, check two verses in Mark 16:6:

And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. 7 But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

"And Peter." The idea is "especially Peter" showing Jesus is above grudges over Peter's failure. The Lord's forgiveness is so strange that even angels desire to look into it as mentioned in 1 Peter 1:12 "Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into." Desire is epithumeo; epithumeo ep-ee-thoo-meh'-o from; to set the heart upon, i.e. long for (rightfully or otherwise):--covet, desire, would fain, lust (after).

The Love of Christ is more wonderful than words can describe. You are not an angel, so you can and should look into this wonder.
