The Lord created the impressive flowers
He lent them His velvet touch.
He filled them with the sweetest fragrance
Draped them in the finest clothing
Even the finery of Solomon could not compete with this.

The Lord decked the magnificent flowers
A blend of the colors of creation.
He infused in them a freshness so inviting
He allowed them to be adorned into an attractive bouquet
An elegant sight pleasing to the eyes.

The Lord presented the eye arresting flowers
An efflorescent love gift to mankind
To appease to his senses
Be a delight to his gaze
To color his own heart with the joys of life.

The Lord extended His velvet touch
To every human heart on earth.
He filled us with the sweet scent of love
To bloom together with another heart
Blossom and thrive on the vigor of time
To form the most beautiful bouquet ever seen.
