When I walk back in time
This is what I will do.
I will write away all those lost years
Bring the smile back to your face.

Time cannot erase the unfathomable feelings
The candle of love can never be snuffed out.
Though, maturity sets in with the passage of time
The bottom line always remains the same.

When I walk back in time
I will first assure you with the reality
That I held you like a precious pearl in my tender heart.
You were always a part of me somewhere deep within.

When I walk back in time
I will feed on all the strong emotions.
The memories and remembrances of yesterday
The dreams and visions of tomorrow
The true love alive and vibrant of Today.

When I walk back in time
This is all I shall ask you
To give me a place in your thoughts
A tiny hope in your dreams
And a part in your heart.
